- Vouchers must be printed and presented at time of purchase.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers cannot be modified or changed after issue.
- Voucher balance will be updated if full amount is not used in a transaction.
- No cash change will be given unless balance is under €5.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Voucher terms are issues in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019
